{HHRMA~Bali} Job Vacancy as Director of Sales.

 

 

 

 

Our client, a 4* International Chain Resort in Bali with +/- 200 Rooms which still in pre-opening phase is looking for a Director of Sales.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management or Marketing

• Experience in a similar position, in a 4* or 5* hotel

• Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments

• Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets

• Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs

• Excellent communication and tactical skills

• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Active person with an outgoing personality

• A wide network of contacts

• Computer literate

• Result oriented, energetic and self-driven

• Strong leadership and a team player at the same time

• Highly developed organizational and time management skills

• Excellent customer relationship skills

• Good financial and administration skills

• Strong command of the English language – both written and spoken

• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence

• Pro-active and very creative; create ideas to stimulate the business

• Flexible working hours

• Outgoing personality & well presented

• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently

• Young, dynamic

• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
