Our client, 5* Resort with +/- 200 rooms, multiple F&B outlets, 2 luxury yachts, and several different boats is looking for a Financial Controller.
Profile
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or hospitality management
• Experience in similar position in a 5* hotel
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
• Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results
• Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others
• Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills and good negotiation skills
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented
• Energetic, hands-on and motivated
• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude
• Great personality and a positive attitude
• Leads by example
• Competent trainer
• Mature
