Theta Spa is looking for the following position:

Assistant Spa Manager

This position provides support to the Spa Manager in regards of Reservation, Staff Scheduling, and administration work.

Qualifications
• Have a good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

• Have a good leadership skill

• High Level of Time Management

• Good command of English Language
• Trustworthiness and confidentiality
• Minimum of 2 years administrational experience
• Must be able to work varied work schedules

Primary Responsibilities
• Handling Reservations

• Handling therapists scheduling and supervising all staff
• Supervising Front office responsibilities
• Reporting to the Spa Manager
• Preparing, maintaining, and filing administrating documentation
• Purchasing and inventory of all professional products, equipment and retail goods
• Ensuring cleanliness and quality customer service
