Requirements:
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Psychology or related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years experience as executive in Human Resources management, or current position as Human Resources Manager
  • Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, And budgeting
  • Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator
  • Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented
  • Experience dealing with large number of staff
  • Experience dealing with local community
  • Able to work under pressure and highly motivated
  • Energetic and great personality
  • Creative, dynamic, and innovative
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Excellent English both spoken and written
  • Computer literate
