30 years of experience in international standard cooking in various establishments such as free standing restaurants and 5 star hotels as well as 8 years of F&B management leading very large teams. I am looking for a position In Indonesia preferably in Bali or Jakarta (but not exclusively). Abilities to create and drive new concepts for companies willing to develop their F&B or as Executive chef in high end hotel or restaurant.
