Bali Luxury Villa Marketing & Management Company based in Bali & London seeks for its Bali office reservation department
a professional self-motivated & sales orientated team player for position of CONCIERGE.
Responsibilities:
• Handle Guest Details for Prior arrival Guest.
• Manage the daily inquiry for Guest Activity.
• Liaise closely with Reservations Manager to ensure team objectives are being met and streamlined.
• Maintaining Company standards and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Highly developed communications skills
• Enjoys interaction with customers
• Excellent computer operating knowledge & typing skills
• Strong customer service history
• Proven sales and marketing ability
• Excellent English written & verbal skills
• Highly sales orientated with sales technique knowledge
• Familiar with supporting vendor for the Guest Activity
• Have background and experience as Concierge in Villa Rental are preferable
• Systematic work style
• Friendly social nature and fast learner
• Flexible with roster days and willing to follow our procedures
Beneficial to already have local luxury villa product knowledge and additional fluent foreign language skills.
