We are searching for a motivated, inspirational

DIRECTOR OF SALES

The Director of Sales is responsible in directing the sales and reservations team to achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel awareness and sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implements sales strategies designed to maximize revenue and yield
  • Maintains a high level of awareness of hotel competitor set performance and local market opportunities
  • Identifies and manages potential key accounts for the hotel
  • Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual and team sales goals
  • Develops strategies to priorities and penetrate those accounts
  • Produces, implements and monitors action plans to ensure revenue plan and forecast objectives are achieved
  • Develops the annual sales budget in line with Corporate Budget Instructions

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience as Director of Sales or three years as Associate Director of Sales in luxury hotel chain
  • Good knowledge of the local market and contacts
  • Good knowledge of hotel operations including preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, quality assurance program, and long-range planning
  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Intermediate level in use of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • This position is open to Indonesian nationals only
