Our client, a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets in Bali is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar capacity in luxury hotels with reputable records for systematic Property Preventive Maintenance
• Experience in SWRO plants and project management
• Aligned with the resort culture and style
• Successful record of achieving positive results in an organization that measures and rewards individual performance
• Commercially focused
• Well-organized, goal-oriented and results-driven
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Superior leadership abilities
• Good written and oral English
• Experience in developing effective strategies and action plans
• Valuing and appreciating highest quality standards
• Critical eye to details
• People-centric
• Highly evolved personal integrity, ethical awareness and self-efficacy
• Creative, energetic with a positive attitude
• Hands on approach and strong training skills
• Works well under pressure, takes initiative, is independent

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, transport allowance, medical, 5 days working and 2 years contract.
