{HHRMA~Bali} VACANCY FOR SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER - 8 Degree Projects - Seminyak

 

Dear Members,
We are seeking a talented, creative and motivated SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER who will be responsible for creating design solutions with a high visual impact to help build our brands. The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic, easy-going and a flexible team player with a proactive and positive attitude, plus the ability to prioritise your own projects and meet all deadlines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Designing and producing high-quality artwork to support branding objectives and key messages for all 4 brands under 8 degree projects group
  • Create all required branding and marketing collateral from Brand Guidelines, including: business cards, flyers, invitations, menus, postcards, event collateral, merchandise, packaging, labels etc.
  • Design EDM's and material for digital marketing, social media, facebook ads, website updates or banners, content and imagery for internal newsletters,
  • Work to brand guidelines and styleguides provided by our Branding agency, and be flexible around changes as needed.
  • All image library management for brands working with Photographer to coordinate.
  • Editing photos from inhouse photographer, for final usage for online or print.
  • Backend Wordpress updates for websites as required.
  • All print and production management, project coordination and delivery for deadline.
  • Liaising with internal staff and departments, building relationships with printers and suppliers, ensuring all briefs are understood and met as required
 
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
  •  Possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Graphic Design /Visual Communications
  •   Minimum 3-4 years experience in Graphic Design role
  • Previous employment in office environment within food and beverage/ hospitality /retail/marketing related industry a must.
  • Highly proficient with MAC and Adobe design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, with experience in other editing programs
  • Experience with Word, Excel & Powerpoint, as well as Google Docs and using Drive an advantage
  • Understanding of HTML for digital marketing purposes, plus Wordpress knowledge
  • Experience with EDM programming and set up (Mailchimp an advantage)
  • Photography skills / camera knowledge for SLR camera, with editing skills for images/video desirable

  • Ability to manage own artwork project list, be highly organised and systematic
  • Ability to produce quality work under pressure to meet tight deadline
  • Creative, open-minded, proactive thinker
  • Confident to present ideas and artwork designs to the team
  • Positive and easy-going team player with good communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
