Our client, a 5* International Chain Resort with +/-50 Villas and 4 F&B Outlets is looking for an HR Manager/Director of HR.

 

Depending on the background of the candidate, our client considers both HR Manager or Director of HR title.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Physiology or related field of study

• Experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in 5 or 4 star International Chain hotels

• Current position as Director of Human Resources or HR Manager

• Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal, reward & recognition, legal issues, manpower rules & regulations, income tax and budgeting

• Mature with positive behavior as a role model and good motivator

• Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication & interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, leadership, innovative and result oriented

• Experience dealing with large number of staff

• Experience dealing with unions and local community

• Able to work under pressure and highly motivated

• Energetic and great personality

• Creative, dynamic, and innovative

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, transport allowance, medical, insurance, 5.5 days working and 1 year contract.
