Bali Luxury Villas – a growing and expanding Marketing & Management Company based in Bali & London – offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, professional, self-motivated and sales orientated team player for a position on our Reservation Sales Team.
  
  Responsibilities: 
  •     Handle villa reservations inquiries via integrated reservations system, chat, email or phone from point of inquiry to closure.  
  •     Manage daily reservation operations to achieve sales targets & service levels. 
  •     Maintain Company standards to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  
  Qualifications: 
  •    Accommodation reservation & sales experience
  •    Highly developed communications skills 
  •    Enjoy interaction with customers
  •    Excellent computer operating knowledge & typing skills
  •    Strong customer service history
  •    Proven sales and marketing ability
  •    Excellent English - written and spoken
  •    Highly sales orientated with knowledge of sales technique
  •    Familiar with supporting vendors for Guest Activities
  •     Background and experience as Concierge/ Reservation in Villa Rental is an advantage
  •    Systematic work style
  •    Friendly social nature and fast learner
  •    Flexible with roster days and able to follow procedures
  
  Advantageous to have local luxury villa product knowledge and / or additional fluent foreign language skills.
