  • We welcome candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment
  • Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
  • Candidates must be Indonesian nationals resident in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa


SOUS CHEF / CHEF DE PARTIE

  • A culinary all-rounder with strong leadership skills, able to motivate a small team
  • In charge of innovative menu creation and presentation
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality costumer experience
  • Would suit a Chef de Partie ready for next step


COMMIS CHEF / LINE COOK

  • A passionate chef with exposure to different types of cuisine
  • Able to work independently, as part of a small team
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness of the work area
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes accurately

GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR
  • Motivate and lead small team with experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services and a good understanding of accounting procedures
  • Excellent supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Promotes team achievement, contributes to the development and success of departmental objectives
  • Excellent coordination with other operational departments for a seamless guest experience

HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR

  • Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations, ensures accurate work schedulling
  • Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
  • Comfortable with administering Housekeeping resources and inventory control
  • Exceptional trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
  • Work closely with Engineering Department to establish a preventive maintenance schedule
