Our client, a 5* International Chain Resort with 200+ rooms with +/- 50 villas is looking for a Director of Revenue.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Business Management

• Experience in the same position in 5 star international chain hotels

• Excellent in leading and directing other departments to generate more revenue in order to achieve the target

• Strong command of online inventory management

• Familiar with website maintenance

• OTA Management

• Excellent with Yield Management

• Excellent in budgeting, market analysis and trends

• Excellent communication and tactical skill

• Excellent English both oral and written

• Computer literate

• Wide network of contacts

• Having networking abilities

• Active person with outgoing personality

• Strong leadership and team player at the same time

• Result oriented and great eye for detail

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to work independently

• Positive attitude

• Energetic

• Motivated

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal & transport allowance, medical, insurance, 5.5 days working and 1 year contract.
