Our client, a 5* Local Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets is looking for a Front Office Manager.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Front Office Manager in international hotel chain

• Strong communication skill

• Strong leadership skill in managing teams

• Ability to manage complex relationships

• Good spoken and written in English

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

• Counseling, coaching, motivating, discipline action

• Conduct training based on basic train the trainer principals

• Quick follow up on operational issues arise

• Open to mistakes as a learning process, do not have the tendency to make excuses

• Confident

• Charismatic

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal allowance, medical, 5 days working and 1 year contract.
