{HHRMA~Bali} Job vacancy

 

Our client has two 5* properties in Bali with in total 300+ Rooms and 10+ F&B Outlets and looking for an Assistant Director of Wedding. These properties are managed by an international chain.

 

This role will be reporting directly to Director of Wedding.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Sales & Marketing or related field

• Experience in similar position in 5* hotels

• Good knowledge in handling small up to large event

• Strong in Wedding Operations and good knowledge on sales

• Understand the different types of weddings

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

• Excellent communication skill

• Excellent English both oral and written

• Wide network of contacts

• Leadership skills

• Warm personality

• Positive attitude

• Flexible

• Energetic and hands-on

• Able to work independently

• Able to work efficiently under pressure

• Fast response

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal & transport allowance, medical, 5 days working and 1 year contract.
