Our client, 5* Resort with +/- 100 rooms and 4 F&B Outlets is looking for a Financial Controller.

 

The resort is currently still in pre-opening phase.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or hospitality management

• Financial management skills i.e., ability to analyze P&L statements

• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment

• Pre-opening experience is a must

• Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results

• Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others

• Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills and good negotiation skills

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented

• Energetic, hands-on and motivated

• Positive thinking with a “can-do” attitude

• Great personality and positive attitude

• Leads by example

• Competent trainer

• Mature

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal & transport allowance, medical, housing, bonus, 5.5 days working and 2 years contract.
