{HHRMA~Bali} Job vacancy

 

 

Our client, a 5* Resort with +/- 200 rooms, multiple F&B outlets and a luxury yacht is looking for a Financial Controller.

 

Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q3 2018.

 

Resort is owned by a very well established & respected local group who already operates several award winning 5* properties in Indonesia.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Pre-opening experience, min. 2 years in FC position or higher

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required

• Financial management skills i.e., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, prepare a short and long term forecast and champion capital expenditure planning

• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment

• Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect the department

• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems; technology-savvy

• Strategic planning skills; ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business strategies and tactics

• Ability to evaluate business trends, determine applicability to customer profile and modify business strategies accordingly

• Ability to creatively execute strategies and drive results

• Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others

• Ability to network and build relationships to improve the efficiency and growth of the business

• Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills and good negotiation skills

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented

• Energetic, hands-on and motivated

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal allowance, medical, flight, housing, 6 days working and 1 year contract.
