{HHRMA~Bali} Job vacancy

 

 

Our client is a 4* Local chain resort with 300+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets is looking for a F&B Manager.

 

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Hotel school background

• Experience in similar position

• Working experience at 5 or 4 star hotels

• Strong in F&B Outlets & banqueting

• Excellent knowledge in Food & Beverage

• Familiar with budgeting and costing

• Excellent English both spoken and written

• Computer literate

• Strong leadership skills and result oriented

• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Able to work independently

• Well organized

• Energetic, dynamic

• Hands-on

• Outgoing
