Our client, 5* International Chain Resort with 300+ Rooms and 6 F&B Outlets in Bali is looking for a Japanese Chef De Cuisine.

 

This role will be reporting directly to Executive Chef.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Experience in Japanese Restaurant at 5 Star Hotel or Reputable Independent Japanese Restaurant

• Lead Japanese Restaurant Operation

• Culinary school background

• Capable of managing the entire kitchen team, strong organizational skills

• Passionate about food and menu creation

• Train the team members on Japanese Cuisine

• Knowledge of HACCP required

• Energetic, results oriented, motivated, hard working

• Good attitude, proactive and reliable, team work and passionate

• Can work under pressure

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail

• Excellent working track record

• Computer literate

• Young, dynamic
