We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR with strong leadership skills, a dynamic personality and an eye for detail. Your goals are to develops and administer human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations and health and safety. Ensures human resources strategies align with organizational business goals. Supervises human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization.
REQUIREMENT:
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Hospitality or F&B background
• Have a good knowledge and passion about HR
• Good attitude and must have excellent communication skills
• Good English is a must
• Well groomed and presentable
• Willing to be placed in Seminyak area
