A healing and wellness destination inspired by the Balinese way of life, whichencouragesus to nurtureharmony with spirit, the environment and with one another.

 

Nestled alongside the Ayung River in the lush tropical highlands near the village of Ubud, Bali, Fivelements, Puri Ahimsais a luxury eco-conscious healing resort, made primarily from renewable bamboo, that chedroofing and recycledtimbers – alllocally sourced.

 

 We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Kitchen professionals

 

CHEF DE PARTIE / DEMI CHEF (Male)

 

Requirements include:

 

Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills

Strong leadership skills

              Has min 2 years experience at the same field - Hospitality

Defined personal commitment to Wellness

Excellent communication in English both verbal and written

Aware of the method of preparation and the standard recipe for every menu items in his particular kitchen and follows the procedures at all times
Maintains all work areas, kitchen equipment and utensils to the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
