Executive Chef
Qualification:
· Indonesian Citizenship
· Bachelor degree or related culinary Degree
· A minimum of 5 years of Previous, relevant experience as an Executive Chef
· Excellent leadership skills
· A creative approach to the production of high quality food
· A business focused approach to managing hotel and restaurant kitchen
· Excellent communication skills and guest service skill
· Ability to build relationships, internal and external, the Company
· Excellent planning and organizational skills
· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
