Dear Members,

PT. Bisma Internusa Jaya Abadi, the Holding company of Bisma Eight, Folk Pool Garden, Nomas and Liapliap, is inviting experienced culinary professionals to join the team to fill the position:

Executive Chef

Qualification:

·       Indonesian Citizenship

·       Bachelor degree or related culinary Degree

·       A minimum of 5 years of Previous, relevant experience as an Executive Chef

·       Excellent leadership skills

·       A creative approach to the production of high quality food

·       A business focused approach to managing hotel and restaurant kitchen

·       Excellent communication skills and guest service skill

·       Ability to build relationships, internal and external, the Company

·       Excellent planning and organizational skills

·       Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

·       Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
