Job Title :            Marketing / Branding / Customer Service

 

Job Description

Marketing-

·         Promotion of store products

·         Promotion of resto in terms of fuctions, increasing customer flow and promotion of the Brand

·         Flyer Distribution

·         Travel agent contracts

·         Company Contracts for events, parties and lunch meetings

·         Ideas for monthly deals

·         Working on menu settings

·         Promoting Encore Events

 

Branding

·         Creating awareness of Encore

·         Generating Ideas to make Encore Household name

·         Encore Brand and awarness to customer database and to other local companies

·         Improving branding by research of products and customer service

·         Attention to anything dealing with encore logo or encore dealings

 

Customer Service

·         Training of Waiter and Waitress

·         Dealing with complaints

·         Qualitly control

·         Making standard operation manuals

·         Weekly meeting with Staff for improvments

·         Consulting suppliers for products and improvements

·         Service and team building

·         Improving resto flow
