VillaNaBali is the well established property management company with the head office in Uma Alas, Kerobokan, Bali. We do manage and rent some nice villas located in different areas of Bali. Company has a good reputation through the agent's network in Bali and worldwide.
 
Is now inviting applicants for the position
Office Administrator
for our head office in Kerobokan, Bali.
Responsibilities:
           
Working with telephone: answering calls, making arrangements, contacting suppliers and contractors, communicating with field staff (villa managers and drivers);
           
Working with documents: typing, preparing, filing, cataloguing;
           
Arranging payments: cash and bank transactions (assisting Accountant);
           
Book keeping for cash flow (report to Accountant);
           
Tax and legal reports: Dispenda tax, BPJS payments, etc. (report to Accountant);
           
Provide required assistance for management needs: organize meetings, handling payments, making documents, sending emails, making arrangements on behalf of the management, organizing deliveries and couriers, etc.;
           
Preparing documents for accounting reports (assisting Accountant).
 
Requirements:
           
We prefer middle-age candidate with a good experience working in expat-owned and managed company: property management / or real estate / or hotel management / or expat-oriented financial or insurance services / or travel operator (someone who knows all that specifics of well organized office work!).

           
At least 3 (three) years working experience in the similar position. 
           
Excellent computer skills: good skills with MS Excel & MS Word - is a MUST, also Internet and E-mail. 
           
Excellent both verbal and writing of English, especially in grammatical for written correspondence.
           
Good team player.
           
Flexible in working hours (5,5 working shifts per week).
•           You need to have motorbike and be able to make visits to the bank, some of our villas, and to the tax offices.
           Fast reaction and fast response.
           
Accurate in numbers and details.
           
Easy to go and easy to talk. Stress resistant. Be calm facing complaints.
