{HHRMA~Bali} SALES MANAGER & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

 

A rapid growth since 2011, Baleka Resort Hotel & Spa a 3 star hotel at Legian is now looking an energetic
 
1.      Sales Manager with the following qualification:
 
· Male, good command in English both written and spoken
· Strong preference & having at least 2 years experience in the relevant position in 3 star hotel
· Strong in Sales and Marketing, having good network with Travel Agents.
· Strong leadership and strong in supervision and goal oriented
· Highly motivated, dynamic, proactive and able to build a team work
· Has an experience in pre-opening team will be an advantage
· Able to be on board in the beginning of  January 2016   
 
2.      Human Resources Manager with the following qualification :
 
·         Male/ Female at least has 2 years experience in the relevant position.
·         Strong preference in Empowering Employees  and  has a training skill
·         Good command in English both written and spoken
·         Understand and Able to build Team work
·         Familiar with Government regulation including BPJS regulation.
·         Able to join in the beginning of January 2016
