{HHRMA~Bali} Airport Greeter

 

Dear Colleagues,

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Airport Greeter professionals who pride themselves on their ability to delivery extraordinary level of customer service and provide creative solution to our guests.

As an Airport Greeter you are responsible to meet and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests so as to achieve high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure, whereby your role with include key responsibilities such as :

   - Ensure that the paging board is neat, clean and the guest information are written  correctly
   - Co-ordinate and assist transportation requirements of the guests
   - Manage various customers and greet everyone politely, administer all inquiries and assist  in any special request of    guest
   - Coordinate with reservation and drivers and ensure efficient supply of vehicles for customers and assist all customers with maps and direction as per requirement

Education, Qualifications & Experiences :
You should ideally have a diploma / degree in the hospitality field with previous experiences in the Front Office / Customer Service. You must be a computer literate with fluency on both written and spoken English.

Knowledge & Competencies :
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, young minded individual with a outgoing and friendly attitude. You are reliable and will thrive working on a busy environment and stay calm under pressure, have attention to details and should possess following competencies :
