Our client, a semi fine dining Japanese restaurant, located in Seminyak is looking for a Japanese Chef.

This role will be reporting directly to the Owner / Director.

 

Profile 

• Culinary school background
• Experience in traditional and modern fine/semi-fine dining Japanese cuisine
• Japanese training/background
• Knowledge of HACCP required

• Good command of English 

• High standards and process oriented to ensure sustainability/consistency of quality
• Good people's person that is able to quickly integrate into an existing team and earn their respect

• Good attitude, proactive and reliable, team work and passionate

• Great eye for detail
• Energetic, dynamic, results oriented, motivated, hard working
• Computer literate
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Readiness and ability to initiate action
• Can work under pressure
