Our client, a 5* Local Chain Resort with 300+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager.
This is a #1 role with direct report to GM.
Note that our client is in the process of re-vamping their restaurants and therefore the FBM will be actively involved with restaurant concepts.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Experience in 5 star resorts
• Experience handling multiple F&B outlets
• Experience handling Banqueting and MICE
• Asia experience
• Strong leadership
• Good communication skills
• Stable and loyal
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• Can work under pressure
• Flexible hours
• Mature and nice personality
• Computer literate
• Able to verse in more than 1 language preferred, mingling with guests
• Hands on
• A high standard of presentation and grooming at all times
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Good financial and administration skills
