We have mall, hotel and restaurant business which are expanding and setting up a team to spearhead our expansion. Currently, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill up the positions as below:
F&B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven food and beverage management experience for at least 2 years
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software and so on)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
Corporate Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting
- cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations,
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager for at least 3 years
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
Engineering Staff (AC)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
· Melakukan instalasi, perawatan dan perbaikan ringan atas unit AC dan Exhause Fan agar peralatan dapat bekerja dengan baik.
· Perawatan peralatan elektrikal untuk mencegah kerusakan dini.
Requirements:
· Usia Maksimal adalah 35 tahun
· Pendidikan minimal SMK di bidang electrical atau setara
· Mengerti AC/ Sistem pendingin
· Bersedia kerja shift
· Mampu melakukan intalasi, perawatan dan perbaikan AC
· Min. berpengalaman di bidangnya 1 tahun
Engineering Staff (all)
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
· Menangani mechanical, electrical dan plumbing
· Perawatan dan perbaikan escalator
· Perawatan dan perbaikan system alarm
· Mampu mengoperasikan genset
· Perawatan dan perbaikan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan mechanical, electrical dan plumbing
Requirements
· Usia maksimal 35 tahun
· Pendidikan minimal SMK di bidang electrical atau setara
· Bersedia kerja shift
· Min. berpengalaman di bidangnya 2 tahun
