{HHRMA~Bali} Financial Manager Vacancy

 

Dear All Colleagues,

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities
• Provide monthly financial reports and consolidation reports and interpret financial information to managerial team while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance & Accounting department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget, cash flow forecast, financial monthly report.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations (taxation)
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

Additional :
1. Range of Age: 35-50 years old
2. Have to pass medical check-up / healthy test and IQ test
3. Position : Senior staff / Manager
4. Employment : Permanent position , but have to pass the probation terms or short contract first ( 3-6 months contract , then to be reviewed for permanent )
5. Based in Bali
6. If the candidate out of Bali – company will provide housing allowance and transportation allowance
7. Medical Insurances : BPJS & Others
8. THR & Yearly Bonus ( 1-2 x Basic Salary )
9. Yearly leave : 20 working days / year ( 10 working day / six months )
10. Training – as per Management approval
11. Laptop / PC will be provide by Company
12. Pre-paid voucher for telephone
