Our client, a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets is looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.

 

This is a #2 position and will be reporting directly to F&B Manager.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• Graduate from Management Training program is preferred

• Experience in similar position at 5 star hotels

• Knowledge of budgeting and Profit & Loss control

• Strong product knowledge of Food and Beverage

• Coming from luxury background

• Healthy, no medical conditions

• Excellent command of English

• Computer literate

• Well groomed

• Able to prepare reports/analysis

• Excellent communications skills

• Demonstrated leadership ability

• Problem solver

• Hands-on

 

Our client offer an attractive package including service charge, meal allowance, medical, insurance, 5 days working and 1 year contract.
