Our client, a 5* resort with +/- 90 rooms, 2 F&B Outlets and 1 Spa is looking for an Executive Chef/Director of Food Production.

 

This role will oversee all the F&B outlets.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• At least 2 years’ experience as Executive Chef in a 5 star property

• Proficient in recipe cards, costing recipes, menu engineering and menu planning

• Proficient in Budgeting, Profit & Lost Management, F&B Cost Control

• Strong in Western & Indonesian Cuisine

• Good in food ingredients and trends

• Experience with HACCP Standard

• Excellent communication skills

• Good in food quality control

• Good in handling events

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with great eye for detail

• Should be very operational, a real hands-on / on-the-floor person

• Should have exceptional people skills, able to adapt well to the local culture

• Energetic, results oriented, motivated, hard working with an excellent working track record

 

Our client offer an attractive package including meal & transport allowance, medical, bonus, 5 days working and 2 years contract.
