1) Our client, a hotel & resort management company with currently +/-5 properties in operation is looking for a Corporate Business Development Manager.

 

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

 

Profile

 

• College degree

• Bachelor degree in Management

• Corporate experience

• Knowledge of economic analysis

• Knowledge of business management, business planning, and operational analysis

• Practical hospitality experience in either operations or sales & marketing leadership

• Strong in research and strategy

• Project management skills

• Strong network for business intelligence

• Able to travel frequently

• Able to communicate with Owners

• Able to cooperate with a small team

• Strategical thinker

• Attention to details and guest satisfaction enhancements

• Dynamic, energetic, hands-on, motivated, innovative

• Good in English both written and spoken

• Influence, team oriented leadership

• Right attitude and wide network of investors

• Confidence and trust to "close the deal"

• Skill in problem solving

• Interpersonal skills

• Quality orientated

• Computer literate

 

Our client offer an attractive package including meal allowance, medical, insurance, bonus, 5.5 days working and 1 year contract.

• Project management skills
