The work might be for an external client or an internal client (such as a department within the same organisation) * Working closely with the client, analysts examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss their findings with the client, and design an appropriate improved IT solution. * They produce outline designs, specifying the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user, present their design to the client and, once it is approved, work closely with the client team to implement the solution. Persyaratan 1. Minimum of D3 Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields 2. At least 3 years experience in IT application developments, 1 years in user requirements gathering, system analysis and design 3. Strong in user requirements gather (good grasp of the business process flow requirements) 4. Strong analytical skills, 5. Experience in any Business Industry 6. Experience in application integrations, SOA, EAI would be a plus 7. Excellent interpersonal, coordination, collaboration and communication skills 8. Familiar with SQL Database & Windows Server 2003 9. Good command of English written & spoken 10.
