Facilitator Profile

The OD Certificate Program will be facilitated by OD Professionals with several years of experience. Nancy Zentis is the Core Facilitator and her brief profile is as follows

Nancy Zentis, Ph.D.

Nancy holds a Master's in Business Management & HRM and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Capella University. With over 20 years experience working with global organizations in the field of Organizational Development and Training, Nancy has created OD interventions in strategic planning, organizational and training needs assessment, 360-degree feedback, mentoring, succession planning, competency modeling, process improvement, action learning, change management, curriculum design, and ROI performance management. She collaborates with her clients to develop strategies to meet their organizational goals and objectives. She has worked with senior-level executives, mid-level managers, and front-line staff from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses

As an adjunct faculty member, she has taught for the University of Phoenix, Broward Community College, Oakland Community College, Florida International University, and Florida Atlantic University. Nancy founded the South Florida OD Networking Group in 1999. She is also the VP of Programs for ASTD of Fort Lauderdale.  She has held positions as President of South Florida ISPI, VP Membership for South Florida Compensation Association, and Education Committee for Broward County Chapter of SHRM. She has also served on committees and boards with the IAF, ISPI and SFMA. As a keynote speaker, she has presented nationally and locally for ASTD, IAF, AQP, and ISPI.
