LOSARI SPA RETREAT & COFFEE PLANTATION, formerly Losari Coffee Plantation Resort & Spa is inviting for the qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

 

 

SOUS CHEF

 

1.      Has good ability and willing to teach others

2.      Committed to work hard

3.      Good knowledge in Food Health & Safety

4.      Highly motivated, energetic and good personality

5.      Right personality towards the role and responsibility

6.      Has good communication skill 

7.      Need to have very good experience in Western Fine Dining with a modern twist , must have good knowledge of Indonesian Cuisine , must have a good knowledge of Food Cost Control , must be very innovative

8.      Good in English both spoken and written.

 

 

PASTRY CHEF

 

1.      Has good ability and willing to teach others

2.      Committed to work hard

3.      Good knowledge in Food Health & Safety

4.      Highly motivated, energetic and good personality

5.      Right personality towards the role and responsibility

6.      Has good communication skill 

7.      Need to have a very good knowledge of Plated Desserts , baked items such as Croissant , Danish etc , modern French Pastries

8.      Good in English both spoken and written.
