We are "HOME OF INDONESIA OPEN 2009", a growing Golf Course Company looking for professional, ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our team in a successful company for the position as:


HRD SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

 

*      Male / Female, max. age 30 years old.

*      Diploma or degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management from reputable University.

*      Having 2 years experiences in the same field. 

*      Familiar with MS Office & internet.

*      Competence in English, both spoken and written.

*      Capable in handling HR duties for Human Resources operational requirement.

*      Capable in handling : Personnel Administration, Compensation Benefit (Payroll), Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, Service Charge.

*      Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation, Knowledge of legal aspect and employment regulation.

*      Good understand in HR Management.

*      Possess strong leadership & positive motivation.

*      Having good analytical ability, strong interpersonal & communication skill.

*      Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast-paced
